  • Preparedness: Buff Food / Flasks / Enchants
  • Cooperation: Know the fights, listen to raid leaders
  • Item Level: ~350, case by case scenario.
    -DPS archetypes should have 10K+ DPS.
    -No PVP Gear.
  • Reliability: Sign up for raids, show up to raids.
